Linda Garner Betz
Linda Garner Betz brings extensive legal experience and a personalized approach to helping clients through important decisions. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee and earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she was also awarded a Certificate of Academic Excellence in Trial Practice.
During law school, Linda was heavily involved in pro bono clinics, an experience that became the foundation for more than ten years of tenaciously advocating for clients in the courtroom. She learned early that behind every case is a person or family facing one of the most stressful periods of their lives. Over time, she grew tired of seeing the toll litigation takes on the people she represented, and she made a deliberate shift toward estate planning, a practice that helps clients put thoughtful plans in place so they can avoid the courtroom altogether.

An avid player, Jason regularly competes in local and regional tournaments, enjoying both the high-energy competitive spirit and the camaraderie of the fast-growing pickleball community. At home, Jason’s world revolves around spending quality time with his family and his beloved dogs.
