Linda Garner Betz and Jason Baril have more than 35 years of combined legal experience and opened Betz & Baril in 2019.

Linda has been in practice for 15 years and spent over a decade advocating for clients in the courtroom before focusing on estate planning. She saw how much litigation costs families, and she now helps clients plan so their loved ones can avoid it.

Jason has practiced across several areas of law, which showed him how one legal decision can ripple through a family. A graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law, he brings that perspective to every estate plan and explains each step in plain language so you always know where your plan stands.
